Ordinances

The West Peculiar Fire Protection District has adopted the 2018 International Fire Code (IFC), including Appendixes B, C, and D, as well as the NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, 2012 Edition.  There have been some exclusions and revisions that have been adopted through Ordinances to meet the needs of the Fire District.  A copy of the adopted Ordinance is listed below.  If you have any further questions please feel free to contact the Fire District offices during normal business hours Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm.
