Adopted Ordinance & Fee Structure

The West Peculiar Fire Protection District has adopted the 2018 International Fire Code (IFC), including Appendixes B, C, and D, as well as the NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, 2012 Edition. There have been some exclusions and revisions adopted through Ordinances to meet the needs of the Fire District.
