Important Notice

Submission of this application does not constitute approval. Burning is prohibited during a burn ban or when wind speeds exceed 15 mph. Fire must be out by sunset. The permit holder is responsible for controlling the fire at all times. Failure to comply may result in permit revocation and liability for suppression costs.
